M. Andrew Moshier
Managing Partner
Dr. Moshier holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. He comes to Encryptek from a professor position at Chapman University, where he is an avid contributor of academic research. He has published research in three distinct fields: Computational Linguistics, Domain Theory and Topology, and Building Simulation. Apart from published research, Dr. Moshier was, in the 1980’s, a chief contributor to a commercial implementation of the DES and RSA cryptographic systems for Winterhalter and Associates. In addition, Dr. Moshier has several years of experience in government-sponsored software development through his association with the Energy Simulation Research Group at Lawrence Berkeley Laboratories.
Jeff Furlong
Managing Partner
Mr. Furlong earned a M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. Previously, he was with Emulex Corporation. As a contributor of academic and scientific research, his research interests include hardware acceleration of software models, embedded systems, and optimized compilers. In addition to publishing research, Mr. Furlong also reviews peer research for several acclaimed industry journals. In industry, Mr. Furlong has vast technical experience with embedded systems, program management of enterprise products, and also with providing in-depth training sessions for fellow engineers.
